Rest Day!

We will be at the North gym for most of the day getting things ready to go for Wod War 5.  If you have some extra time on your hands we would love to have all the help we can.  More the merrier!  Check FB for updates or feel free to text Trevor @ 479-685-9493

For those helping out on Saturday

We are having our judges meeting at 5.30 at North.  Please Please Please try and make it!  Especially if you are judging.  To run smoothly, we want as many to understand the wods and the flow of the day!
