We will not be doing the Open wod 17.3 tomorrow for the workout of the day. Since the wod we did today is so similar with having squats and strict pull-ups, we will wait until Sunday to program this at the gym. If you would like to do the Open Wod tomorrow so that you can rest and have another go at it on Sunday or Monday, that is completely fine. Please remember that the trainer cannot judge you while a class is going on. You must wait until the class is over or have another judge you.
We will have different scaled options for the In House also. If you do not feel comfortable with the snatch then we will have the clean and jerk option.
