1st movement is Relay style - each person will do
50 Situps / 50 GHD's
then, once finished, each athlete may begin on the next set to be done as a team of
100 Pullups / 50 MU
50 H. Squat Cleans A)155/105, B)125/85, C)95/55, AAB)185/125

50 Situps / 50 GHD's
then, once finished, each athlete may begin on the next set to be done as a team of
100 Pullups
50 HPC
*Order must be reversed on who begins situps/GHD's

For example, Athlete one begins the sit-ups/GHD's, when done they may begin the next movement, but their teammates may not join them until they have also completed the 50 SU/GHD's, performed one at a time.
