Your Fittest year ever is beginning. Besides the Goal sheets that so many of you have filled out, next up is a Mobility Seminar next Saturday the 13th at 10am. We will host this at North with Alonzo Terrell leading the 90 min session. We STRONGLY encourage everyone to make time for this event so that you can begin focusing on your INDIVIDUAL needs pre and post wod. There is no cost and if we get great feedback we will have him come back and do more.
