Next Sunday at 1pm we will have a gymnastics clinic!  This will be an intro to intermediate level class learning more basic drills and technique on Butterfly pull-ups, Bar Muscle Ups, Ring Mu, Hand stands and HSPU!  If you have wanted to learn a new skill now is the time!!
