!!Please note that there is a Nutritional Consult Sign up Sheet for the week of the 10th - 14th at the gym.  If you would like to receive a 30 min phone consult on developing an individual nutrition plan, pick a time slot and sign up.  If possible please down load the app myfitnesspal and have at least three days of REAL (does not have to be 'good' eating;) accurate tracking.  Ask a trainer if you have more questions.
