No Open Gym on Sundays
*We run on a 3 day on, 1 day off cycle. On Rest Days (the fourth day of the cycle) we offer Open Gym sessions so that you can make up a missed workout or focus on something that you enjoy. Open Gym sessions are at 5:30-7a, 11:30-12:30a, and 5:00-7:00pm. Always consult the blog before heading on over!

LOCATION
CrossFit 540 is located just off of I49, near the main Springdale exit and is an easy drive from South Fayetteville or from further north. Multiple running routes and plenty of space, this has been our home since 2009.
