1. Gone are the days of "routine".
Every workout is different. Some are based on power, some endurance, and all in-between.
The variation provided in CrossFit will help you find yourself doing more than you ever knew you could.... and doing it well.
2. Gone are the days of being "mirror" strong.
Definiton: "Mirror Strong" (Mere-roar Strawng) - Muscles that only work in front of a mirror.
We will build functional strength and help you wave goodbye to minor and major joint pains.
3. Gone are the days of an hour to two hour workout.
Intensity is the special factor that will bring all of your fitness dreams to life, and in less than 30 minutes. The group sessions bring not only an unmatchable competition aspect to the workout, but also an extreme level of camaraderie.
4. Gone are the days of "I can't do that".
Can't do the prescribed weight?
- Let's drop the weight.
Can't do light weight?
- Let's lose the weight.
Can't do the full range of movement?
- Let's go to a partial range.
